Backtagging: Suuuure. I am great with backtagging. I am the kind of player to worry OH NO IT HAS BEEN [X] DAYS SINCE I RESPONDED THEY DON'T WANT TO PLAY IT ANYMORE so if that's not the case, uh, hit me up with a PM to nudge me in the right direction. I won't mind.
Threadhopping: I guess?? Not had much experience with this one.
Fourthwalling: Sure, though he probably won't believe you.

Hugging this character: Considering that Robb is from a stuffy medieval society where physical contact is limited, it depends on how well this would go over. If he's in an emotional state and needs it, he won't complain, but if it's just out of the blue, expect to be gently removed or bodily thrown off, depending.
Kissing this character: See above basically.
Flirting with this character: If you want him to become enormously flustered, sure. Unless he's in the mood to flirt back, which happens...
Fighting with this character: He's generally going to try to avoid it unless he has to, but he will pick up his sword if he needs to.
Killing this character: Definitely work it out heavily ooc before hand.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first, but probably fine.
